Admission Process

AGE REQUIREMENTS – Our school year begins in July, and children must be around 2 years old by July to be eligible.  If your child is a little bit younger and born in August or September, we can still consider your application but they would not be able to begin school until the day of their 2nd birthday.  We have 2 incoming classes with all new students each year starting in July - one that has students around 2 years old, and the other around with students between 2.25 - 3 years old. We also have four other older classes, and often times have spaces that open up. Especially if your child will be around 4 years old by July, please reach out as we are often looking to find students that age.

TOUR – We are offering in-person tours of our school at 10:00am starting in early September and running through early December. They book up quickly, so please reach out for more details on availability and how to schedule one:

PARENT & ME PROGRAM – Our weekly Parent & Me program is not a requirement for gaining admission into the school, but it can be very helpful for our team to get to know your family better.  More info on Parent & Me in the menu above.

APPLICATION FORM – Following your tour, you will be emailed an application. Please fill it out and send back your application along with a photograph of your family and a check in the amount of $125 (application fee). Applications are due by Friday December 6th, 2024. We can accept late applications, but will give priority to those in by the deadline.

ACCEPTANCE LETTERS – To those we can admit in the first round of acceptances, we will send out an email on or before December 31st, 2024. We then wait to hear responses back and see who is accepting or declining their space. As soon as more spaces become available, we immediately continue the process and reach out to another family. For those we have not yet been able to initially accept, we will notify you about our wait list by January 24th, 2025. We often do have many changes between January and March (and even after), so we hope families stay on our wait list while we try to make things work. For children who are older than 3 by July, we may need a little more time into February or March before notifications are sent out.
